Breakfast is too expensive for €10, bed linen had to be taken off and the garbage had to be disposed of by yourself

The hotel is of a good standard, it has everything and the price/performance ratio is excellent, recommended for those who do not need luxury

I recently stayed at Vacanceole - Residence Grand Massif for a short trip and I couldn't be more satisfied. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with daily check-ins ensuring the beds were made, bins emptied, and towels replaced when needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was great for exploring the area by car, and despite being in the off-season, I found it to be a convenient base.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Location and frendliness of staff, also rooms were clean.
The swimming pool was too cold to swim in, we have ours at home 30 degree's this pool was so cold the children cried and no one could swim it was less than 24 degrees. The hotel should not be advertised as a heated swimming pool because there effectively is not one.

The view was terrific. Large room with small kitchen. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Despite a delayed check-in due to traffic jam, everything went well.
Unfortunately our room was not 100% clean. In addition, it was partly a bit worn out. Nearby restaurants unfortunately didn't serve us despite 45 minutes before the restaurant closed.

nice receptionist, good information for accommodation and shopping. Recommended as an intermediate stop. Hiking trail not quite as exciting, seems to be more of an area for skiing (like the whole area..) Apartment with kitchen equipment therefore well suited for self-catering, supermarket within 5 minutes drive.

The location is excellent. It has a very nice view to the mountains. The hotel is new and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming.
The maintenance was not good. Best western should pay more attention to the hotel in order not to deteriorate.

Good overnight stop prior to taking over our Chalet in Les Gets. We were with our daughter, son in law and two small children so the family apartment was ideal. The swimming pool was a real bonus.
Obviously a new hotel and there were start up problems lighting poor with 3 bulbs missing. not enough crockery for 6 people, no cups! some of the fittings were cheap and the bunk beds were poorly put together.

The property was immaculately clean with extraordinary service-minded and efficient staff. the hotel had a convenient location, about 5 minutes' walk from the city centre. the room was warm and neat, and I could see the mountain from the window. the very clean beds were provided. the service was good. I also had convenient parking nearby.

Nothing of note
Hotel felt unfinished, Wired internet in room didn't work, no wifi availiable in room. It took 45 mins to checkout and then we had to sort out the bill ourselves. Breakfast was dear for the range of food availiable. Also there wasn't a bar.

The staff were excellent, and did all they could to offset the hotel's many deficiencies. There was free internet access - sometimes a bit hard to get into.
The hotel is new - our room was tiny, very badly designed, with little space to get up the side of the bed. Little clothes storage, and you had to get into the bath to fill it. Two hard chairs to sit on. The TV showed no English language programmes, despite having programmes from the Middle East, Cuba, Korea etc. There is no bar, and the breakfast was served in the main reception area, sitting on plastic chairs.. The swimming pool was cold. The ski locker room had no seats to sit on whilst putting on boots, and was flooded most of the time we were there, so our boots got damp. The kitchen unit was tiny with a very small sink. We had to ask for crockery. Not what I would expect from a Best Western hotel, or at that price.
